Thank you for reading bye!
I am a Year 6 ākonga/student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. My kaiko/teacher is Whaea Miki. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful, and helpful when you leave me a comment.

Cookisland Tradition!!
Kia orana everyone! Today I will be showing you what we do in the cookislands and what we eat. In the Cookislands we eat coconuts and lots of fruit. We eat fish muscles and pig and other pacifican foods like supapasoi. We dance and wear lava lava's with a flower hat sometimes we wear a flower on our ear. When we dance we move our hands very slowly and move them around like a worm. We mostly walk in bare feet or wear sandals.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Hi Marleigh, I saw that you made a new blog post and wanted to comment on your blog because it looked awesome. I wanted to ask if how long did it take to make this blog post and I love how cook islands eat a lot of fruit. I hope you have a great day bye!
