Nutrition information

                                     

In room 11 in writing we have been doing something about labels on food like the sugar content and fat content. We wanted to know if it as healthy or not or like are you allowed that much sugar or salt.

    I think it's a good idea to know how to read the labels on food.I have only just starting doing that.
    I look for the sugar content.Someone told me that it needs to be under 10.
    If it's over then it's not as healthy.
    With the information you have given,what food product did you get this off?.
